What You Will Be Selling
Every order includes two matching-size physical archival giclée prints: a personalized Closing Chronicle newspaper and a custom portrait of the home. Realtors choose 11 × 17 or 24 × 36; both prints arrive unframed in a protective tube, standard U.S. shipping is included, and social-media-ready copies of both are delivered to the Realtor.

What happens next (real flow)
- Log In — goes to /login?next=/portal-invite?token=…. If the user's email matches the invite email, the invite is auto-accepted and they land on /portal.
- Create Your Account — goes to /register?next=/portal-invite?token=…. After registration + OTP verification, they return to /portal-invite, the invite auto-accepts, and they land on /portal.
- Inside the portal, the new salesperson then sees prompts for: Salesperson Agreement acceptance, Stripe Connect payout setup, and their referral link / business card — each as a separate step.
The email itself is identical for every recipient. Auth state only affects what happens after they click. A brand-new salesperson (not logged in, no linked account) sees the Valid · Not Logged In state above.
